Its a great song from this wonderful Gospel music minister MICAH who encourage all believers to press on in everything they are pursuing in life. Yes there is a need to always press on, don't relent.
MICAH has this to say:

Every believer has a responsibility to press for what they want. Its high time we stopped being lazy and started pushing. Most believers abandon their responsibilities with the mindset that God will take charge. for some things to happen we have roles to play and those roles are kingdom principles. So it's time for everyone to stop being lazy and start taking practical steps. Let this scripture remain in our hearts as we listen to this song. #Philippians 3:14 #Luke 16:16.
